A rugged all-in-one hybrid cable that integrates 75Ω coaxial video, shielded power conductors, and twisted-pair control signals into a single compact bundle. The central GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) push-rod core enables manual push deployment up to 200 meters — no crawler required. A Kevlar-reinforced PUR jacket delivers IP68 waterproofing, 300 kg tensile strength, and resistance to abrasion, oil, chemicals, and hydrolysis. Designed for sewer crawlers, CCTV pipe inspection robots, push-rod camera systems, and underwater pipeline surveys.

Unlike conventional cables that require a crawler to pull them through, the central GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) core gives this cable the rigidity needed for push-rod deployment. Operators can manually push the cable through pipes up to 200 meters without a powered crawler — saving cost, setup time, and complexity. The GFRP core is non-conductive, corrosion-proof, and maintains its stiffness across the full temperature range.

Integrates one high-bandwidth 75Ω coaxial video core, multiple shielded power conductors, and twisted-pair control signal lines into a single compact cable. One cable replaces three separate runs:

4. PUR Jacket — Survives the Sewer

5. Kevlar + Tinned Copper Braid — 300 kg Tensile + EMI Shield

A dense layer of Kevlar / aramid yarn filling combined with the GFRP core delivers ≥300 kg breaking strength — the cable can be retrieved from stuck positions without snapping. The tinned copper braid shield (≥85% coverage) suppresses electromagnetic interference from pump motors, variable-frequency drives, and nearby power equipment, ensuring stable, noise-free video and data transmission.
