A drag chain rated encoder cable with aluminum foil + tinned copper braid double shielding (≥85% coverage) and dedicated drain wire for noise-free encoder feedback in servo drive systems. Built with Class 6 ultra-fine stranded tinned copper conductors in twisted-pair configuration (4–10 cores) and a PUR jacket rated for 5 million+ bending cycles at 7.5× OD, 180 m/min travel speed, and 50 m/s² acceleration. Resists cutting oil, coolant, and EMI from adjacent VFD/motor cables. Compatible with Mitsubishi, Delta, Yaskawa, Inovance, Siemens, and standard AC servo drives.
