Port reel cables are built for continuous winding under tension in salt-laden coastal environments, with tensile members, anti-torsion lay and marine-grade PUR jackets. Standard flexible cables stretch, corkscrew and fail within weeks on a reel — far faster in salt spray.
Do you offer marine certifications? Yes — CE, ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH standard; DNV, ABS, CCS on request for projects requiring classification society approval.
Can port reel cables include fiber for terminal automation? Yes. Hybrid power + control + fiber (2–12 fibers, SM/MM) enables TOS networking, CCTV and condition monitoring through the same drum — one cable, one reel.
