Polyether PUR Sheath
Polyether-based PUR material features outstanding hydrolysis resistance, seawater corrosion resistance and low-temperature flexibility. It resists long-term immersion in fresh water and salt water without cracking, swelling or aging, retaining stable softness under continuous bending in underwater environments. Superior oil & abrasion performance extends service life in marine engineering deployment.
Tinned Copper Braided Shield
High-density tinned copper braided shielding provides full 360° electromagnetic isolation. It effectively blocks electromagnetic interference from ROV thrusters, underwater power cables and marine electrical equipment, ensuring clear, noise-free acoustic signal collection for hydrophones. Tinned copper avoids oxidation under humid underwater conditions, maintaining stable shielding efficiency long-term.
Ultra-Flexible Stranded Conductor
Fine-stranded inner conductors deliver excellent bending resistance, suitable for repeated winding, towing and narrow-space routing on underwater recorders and hydrophone arrays, no core breakage under frequent torsion.
