INTRODUCTION

Torsion Resistant Robot Bus & Power Control Cable is a high-performance 3D dynamic cable specially engineered for multi-axis industrial robots. Unlike ordinary flexible cables that only adapt to simple back-and-forth bending, this professional robot cable is designed to withstand continuous cyclic torsion and complex multi-directional movement. It integrates stable power transmission and anti-interference bus signal control, effectively solving core breakage, signal jitter, sheath cracking and service life attenuation caused by long-term robot arm rotation and torsion movement. Widely used in robot dress pack systems, servo rotating joints, welding robots, handling robots and automated production bus control links.

Adopting optimized reverse stranding structure and stress balance design, the cable can release torsion pressure evenly during 360° rotation movement. The high-density shielding structure ensures zero-loss transmission of Profibus and other industrial bus signals, while the high-toughness PUR outer sheath provides excellent mechanical and chemical resistance for long-cycle industrial dynamic working conditions.

  • Shielding Layer: High-coverage tinned copper braided shield, effectively suppresses EMI and RFI interference, guarantees stable bus signal transmission in high-magnetic welding workshop environments

  • Inner Protection Layer: Special wrapping tape to balance structural stress and avoid layer displacement during 3D torsion
