INTRODUCTION
Our PUR Humanoid Robot Joint Cable is specially engineered for the complex continuous motion of humanoid robot joints, AI robot arms and collaborative robots. Unlike ordinary drag chain cables, this cable is designed to withstand repeated bending and torsional twisting simultaneously, which is critical for articulated joints, wrists and rotating manipulators.


Constructed with Class 6 ultra-fine stranded conductors, multi-core structure, high-density tinned copper braided shielding and durable PUR polyurethane outer jacket, the cable delivers stable power transmission and interference-free signal communication. The shield effectively suppresses EMI/RFI noise to protect servo control, sensors and communication circuits inside humanoid robots.

The PUR sheath provides outstanding abrasion resistance, oil resistance, tear resistance and low-temperature flexibility. Optimized internal stranding reduces internal friction and conductor fatigue under long-term torsion and flex cycles, extending service life in dynamic joint wiring and cable carrier installations.
