INTRODUCTION
Our electric LHD reel cable is specially engineered as the core power supply cable for underground mine load haul dump machines (LHD, scooptram). It bears repeated winding, unwinding, torsion, dragging and sharp friction during full-time mine operation. Compared with ordinary rubber cables, this mining reel cable features ultra-high flexibility, anti-torsion structure, thick wear-resistant sheath, oil, water and acid corrosion resistance, stable transmission under harsh underground environments.
It is the standard matched cable for 2ton, 5ton, 8ton, 10ton, 12ton underground electric scooptrams and tunnel haulage equipment.
Core Structural Design
Conductor
Tinned annealed copper stranded conductor, extra fine stranding structure, high bending flexibility, low resistance, stable current transmission for long-distance reel retraction.
High-strength EPR rubber insulation, heat-resistant, voltage grade optional 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, meets IEC mining cable insulation standards.
Exclusive cross torsion resistant wrapping layer, solves cable twisting, core twisting, breakage failure during frequent reel winding on LHD winch drum.
Premium PUR / Chloroprene CR rubber outer sheath, super abrasion resistant, anti-oil, anti-mud, flame retardant, tear resistant against rock sharp edges underground.
