INTRODUCTION
Oil resistant PUR drag chain cable is a high-flex continuous motion cable specially designed for automation equipment energy chain systems. It can withstand up to 5 million bending cycles under reciprocating movement, solving cable cracking, core breakage and aging problems caused by frequent dynamic movement.
The cable outer sheath uses premium PUR material. It delivers excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and low temperature resistance. It keeps stable performance when exposed to machine lubricating oil, cutting fluid and grease in workshop environments.
Multi-core structure options are available for power, control and signal transmission. Shielded versions can also be supplied to reduce electromagnetic interference, suitable for CNC machine tools, industrial robots, linear handling systems and other automated machinery.
This PUR drag chain cable is CE and RoHS compliant. It is widely used in continuous flex applications where long service life and reliable dynamic performance are required. Custom cable core, cross-section and length are supported to meet different automation project requirements.
